Who were these Philanthropy Lunch & Learn activities created for?
Organizations supported by the Conseil des arts de Montréal, especially managers, cultural workers, volunteers and administrators. We also encourage board members to take advantage of these activities.

What coaching activities are available?
Lunch & Learn : Philanthropy are offered free of charge a few times a year in the Atrium of the Maison du Conseil des arts de Montréal. The events are held mainly in French, but participants are welcome to ask questions in English.
The format varies from workshop to workshop, and can take the form of a discussion panel, a conference or a collaborative activity. For each edition, the Conseil collaborates with different partners to offer a variety of themes.
Coffee and snacks are provided for participants. We strongly suggest you bring your own note-taking material, lunch and reusable water bottle.

As philanthropy gains in importance for cultural organizations, large and small, it can be challenging to prioritize actions to build meaningful and lasting relationships with foundations. Through our speakers’ different models, discover simple, practical and creative ways to develop philanthropic partnerships that benefit both cultural organizations… and funders!
