Congratulations to our interns and arts organizations as they embark on promising new professional adventures! 

Our Parcours program continues to forge ahead thanks to the financial support of the Desjardins Caisse de la Culture and the collaboration of HEC Montréal. 

Here are the program’s seven pairings for 2025: 

The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts Foundation welcomes Calliope Garnier

A graduate in Art History and an amateur cellist, Calliope is a French-Canadian who is passionate about culture and the arts. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Cultural Enterprise Management. She is delighted to be contributing to the mission of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts by working with its Foundation, where she is getting hands-on experience with the world of philanthropy. 

The McCord Stewart Museum Foundation welcomes Rafaelle Paquette

Rafaelle, a visual arts enthusiast, holds a degree in Communications, Culture and Media from the Université de Montréal and is currently studying for her master’s in Cultural Business Management at HEC Montréal. Her internship with the McCord Museum Foundation will give her an opportunity to put her communications and marketing skills to good use. 

Les Grands Ballets Canadiens welcomes Zoé Blanchette

Zoé received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from UQAM and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Cultural Enterprise Management at HEC. A lifelong dance devotee, she teaches the artform to young people of all ages. She is delighted to be advancing her career with Les Grands Ballets Canadiens and to have an opportunity to contribute to the world of dance world in a whole new way. 

La Maison Théâtre welcomes Klara Mahoas

A Franco-Czech master’s student in Cultural Business Management at HEC Montréal, Klara spent her informative years in both France and the Czech Republic. That cultural duality has given her an international perspective that she is happy to put to work for the cultural sector. At Maison Théâtre, she supports the institution’s philanthropic activities and manages several projects, consolidating her expertise in organizational strategy and resource mobilization in the process. 

Opéra de Montréal welcomes Mathieu Amoos and Micol Battaglia

Hailing from Geneva, Mathieu is a musician with a background in classical music and an education in economics. He carved out a place for himself in Québec’s cultural scene as general coordinator of the ensemble Les Idées heureuses. In the course of his philanthropy internship at the Opéra de Montréal, he hopes to polish his skills in partnerships and fundraising, with a focus on major donors. 

Micol is a Cultural Management student at HEC Montréal and a graduate of Bocconi University with a love for art, fashion, culture and philanthropy. She gained experience in event organization and project management with various institutions in Italy, including the Martina Simeti art gallery, as well as at The Canvas NYC, where she has helped create meaningful cultural experiences. Focused on creativity and community engagement, Micol aspires to help shape the future of the arts and cultural industries. 

The Orchestre Métropolitain welcomes Elsa Pianelli-Balisoni

Hailing from Corsica, France, Elsa boasts a diverse educational and professional background. After earning a degree in Performing Arts, she began studying for her DESS in Cultural Organization Management last September. Working in cooperation with the five-person team, she is now implementing strategies in support of the annual campaign and benefit gala, as well as assisting with major gifts, partnerships and government relations related to the orchestra’s European tour.
