Our artists… essential? More than ever! The Conseil des arts de Montréal is proud to announce the finalists of Nos indispensables (Our essential artists), an event that will pay tribute to the incredible generosity and achievements of creators who stood out in the 2020 artistic year. During this brand-new event, which will take place on June 22, 2021, grants of $10,000 will be awarded to winning organizations and $3,000 to finalists.

Prix du Public Nos indispensables de la bienveillance (Audience Award – Goodwill Award)Like a balm for the soul, art became a source of comfort and hope for many during this unsettling period. Meet the Nos indispensables de la bienveillance (Audience Award – Goodwill Award) finalists who made it their mission to help people get through the pandemic via gestures, large and small, which made a difference in their daily lives.The public is invited to vote for their favourite initiative among these eight finalists in the Prix du public (Audience Award) category. Each voter has a chance of winning $500 worth of cultural offerings from over 600 Montréal arts organizations. |
